We met David at the BIA expo and asked him to come look at our renovation project. He was the only designer of several we had to the house who listened to our needs from our perspective but was also able to identify better solutions to our issues. His expertise and warm personal style gave us confidence to move forward. Our townhouse rental also needed renovations (1970' original kitchen) and David oversaw that renovation for us. He made recommendations taking into account its' use as a rental property, while minimizing cost and maximizing future rental income. The quality of the work is impeccable and we are living there temporarily while David manages our main home renovation. His design eye is turning both properties into showpieces. If issues arise he communicates quickly and is able to explain complex construction and code issues in a way that is easy to follow. We have never felt pressured. We had always watched design programs or looked at magazine spreads and thought that would be unattainable for us. David's portfolio pictures are so gorgeous it would be easy to think they are too good to be true. In our case, David has exceeded our hopes in helping us create our dream home.
